Come and meet us at the Marconi Ponds open day.

Marconi Ponds is an area of natural beauty for recreation and wildlife in the centre of Chelmsford. The Nature Reserve comprises a footpath through a beautiful area of wooded land and the ponds.  Marconi Ponds is perfect for wildlife, with foxes, deer and other wildlife.

The Nature Reserve is situated between e2v in Waterhouse Lane and the railway line.
There is long stay Parking in Meteor Way , off Waterhouse Lane (opposite the Pitch & Putt), then follow the footpath towards the viaduct.From Central Park go under the viaduct and follow the footpath towards the Village, or follow the footpath at the end of Cromar Way (past Homebase).

We shall be at this years Norsey Wood annual open day. Come and meet us to see our display and find out about badgers. We will also have tombola on our stand with a variety of different prizes for you to try and win.

Entrance is free. Family activities include the popular bird of prey static display, meet the heavy horse, pond dipping for newts and Morris Dancing at 2.30pm. Craft demonstrations, making bat boxes, wildlife organisation stalls and Norsey Crafts. Refreshments available from a local Scout Group.

Come and meet us and our Patron, Mike Dilger (TV presenter), at the RSPB Canvey Island Wildlife Day.

Entrance to the event is free and there will be activities and attractions for all ages. Traditional arts and crafts will be on display with many chances to "have a go". Pond dipping, mini beast hunting and nature trails will be available to showcase the local wildlife. Canvey's Big Local Committee will be bringing a mobile climbing wall, which will give visitors the chance try a new outdoor pursuit and get unrivalled views across the marshes.
